Hi Ladies-
I set up a Google calendar at the bottom of our blog. It will stay there permanently so you'll always be able to check it. Just use the tab buttons at the top of it to change months. I arranged the schedule so that we each have one set of 4 days to teach (two week period) and one set of 5 days to teach (three week period) with the set of 5 days including a field trip. I put all the field trips on Thursdays and tried to space them out as best I could. Some of you may have the field trip after you teach the 5 days, and some may have it in the middle of your 5 days. You'll see. Lisa is the only one without a field trip on her days, but I put the last day of school at the park across the street from her house the week she teaches. We ended up having only 3 weeks open at the end of the year so I had Lisa and I take 2 extra teaching days (this is no big deal) and I threw in one more field trip and the end of the year party. Check the schedule to make sure the dates work for you. Since I had to add in field trips, it changed the schedule a bit from what we had discussed the other night at our meeting. Hopefully it works out for everyone, and like we said at the meeting, we are all pretty flexible so we can switch it up if necessary.
